Our games are digital files delivered as soon as you pay, so they can't be returned once downloaded.
When we will help
If a file won't open, is missing pages, or is clearly different from its description, message us on Etsy within 14 days of purchase with your order number. We will send a working file or refund you.
Duplicate purchases
If you bought the same game twice by mistake, tell us and we will refund the duplicate order.
How refunds are paid
Refunds are issued through Etsy to your original payment method. Etsy and your bank set how long it takes to appear.
