How do I buy a game?
Click Buy on Etsy on the game page. You check out on our Etsy shop, and the files appear on your Etsy Purchases page straight after payment.
Where are my files?
On your Etsy Purchases page. Download them on a computer, not in the Etsy phone app.
What do I need to play?
A home printer for the printable mysteries and escape rooms. The feud games need the Microsoft PowerPoint desktop app on a Mac or Windows computer with macros on; they do not run in PowerPoint Online, Google Slides, Keynote, phones, tablets or Chromebooks.
Why are there different web addresses?
Each kind of game has its own site: games.aimeestudio.info and feud.aimeestudio.info. They are all Aimee Studio, with the same checkout, support and policies.
Can I use a game in my classroom?
Most printable games are licensed for one class or group per purchase. Each game page says what its licence covers.
What if a file won't open?
Digital files can't be returned, but if a file won't open or isn't as described, message us on Etsy and we will send a working file or refund you.
