This policy explains how Aimee Academy, trading as Aimee Studio ("we"), handles information when you visit aimeestudio.info or its game sites (games.aimeestudio.info and feud.aimeestudio.info), buy a game, or use the tools hosted on this site.
Short version: we do not sell your personal data and we do not run ads. This website itself does not collect personal information.
1. When you buy a game
Purchases happen on Etsy, not on this website. Etsy collects and processes your order and payment details under Etsy's privacy policy, and shares with us what a seller needs to fulfil and support your order.
2. When you contact us
If you message us, we use your details only to reply to you.
3. Browsing the site
The site does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Our hosting provider, Vercel, keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited, time) for security and performance. Product photos are loaded from Etsy's image servers.
4. Amazon Book → Pinterest tool (/pinterest)
When you use this tool you provide an Amazon book URL and, optionally, a Google Gemini API key. We use them only to fetch public book information (from Amazon.com and the Google Books API) and to call Google's Gemini API for your request. We do not store the URLs, book data, generated images or your API key on our servers. If you choose to save your key, it stays in your browser's localStorage on your own device.
5. Children
Our games are made for families, but purchases and this site are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
6. Your rights
You can ask what personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it: message us on Etsy. We reply within 30 days. If you are in the EEA, UK or California you may have additional rights under GDPR or CCPA.

We will update the date at the top of this page when this policy changes.
